Things I would like to accomplish in the year 2009
1) Move to a different neighborhood
2) FINALLY finish my degree
3) Get my passport
4) Travel to Europe
5) Make more female friends (this is harder than one would imagine!)
6) Decide what I want to do with my degree and take appropriate actions to get there
7) Ski Mt Bachelor
8) Rollerblade on the Boardwalk in LA
9) Buy a Motorcycle
10) Learn how to ride a Motorcycle
11) Learn at least 75 new Kanji characters
12) Find happiness, even if that is just with myself
(in no particular order of course)
Who said New Years resolutions are only supposed to be things like quitting smoking or dedicating oneself to go to the gym for 2 weeks in January? :)

The ones I'll encourage you on for sure - #3 and #4. Both will be well worth your time. Been there done that. :)
As for more female friends, I assume you me locally correct? I seem to have less trouble attracting female friends unfortunately, and more trouble attracting same sex friends. :(
Good luck on them all.
BTW found via a tweet from one of your friends. :)
I'm @tojosan.
Hey, that's a good set of resolutions! :)
Thanks silver!
And yeah, for some reason it is just so much easier for me to make friends with the opposite sex (I have my theories on why) and I would love to make some more local female friends..
I am going to make a more contrived effort from now on! Especially since I know that I am not the only one that feels this way :)
Btw, this is Matt aka Mattlike. :p I decided to enter my blog address, heh. I definitely recommend getting your passport! Going to England and Japan have been two of the greatest experiences in my life. So if you are able, do it!
Haha, I was wondering. And I cannot go to LiveJournal here at work to see who it actually was.
I have been wanting to explore outside of the states for so long.. and the passport really has been the only thing holding me back. Why? I'm not sure..
So..
I will have to get rid of that barrier and go see the world while I have a job that allows me to with such an inexpensive price tag.
Haha, I kinda procrastinated myself at first but I spent $1200 on a ticket to Tokyo so I was like, I better get on it! Make sure you go to Walgreens or something for your pic if you don't already have one. he Post Office charges too much!
